Delivery policy
RevDash Cloud is a digital service. We do not ship physical goods. There is no courier, collection point, or postal fee.
When access is granted
Subject to Paystack or Google Play confirming the charge, we process the order immediately. Cloud Pro is delivered by lifting upload and retention limits on the signed-in account that paid. Confirmation is restored product access, not a tracking number.
Where it is delivered
Delivery is to the RevDash Cloud account you used at checkout, in the Android app and at revdash.me/app.
Failed delivery
If Pro does not appear within 15 minutes of a successful charge, email support@revdash.me with the receipt. We restore access or refund under the refund policy.
Export
The offering is a South African digital service. Web charges are in ZAR. There is no physical export.
