Payment policies

RevDash is published by Appsolute Solutions (Pty) Ltd. The Android app is free to use without an account. Paid access, when purchased, is RevDash Cloud Pro: unlimited uploaded trips kept until you delete them.

There are no participating third-party businesses and no marketplace split. The customer pays Appsolute Solutions (Pty) Ltd. RevDash delivers Cloud Pro to that customer.

Description of goods and services

RevDash is an Android OBD-II dashboard. Pair a generic ELM327 adapter, read live powertrain data, log trips, and optionally upload a trip to RevDash Cloud so you can replay it in a browser. It is not a shop scan tool, not a tracker wired into the loom, and not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer.

Cloud Free includes a capped number of uploads with 30-day retention. Cloud Pro removes those caps. Gauges, fault codes, and on-phone logging stay free.

Price

Android Pro, when listed, is billed by Google Play at the Play listing price. Web Cloud Pro is billed monthly in South African Rand (ZAR) through Paystack at the price shown at checkout. The current public site states Pro pricing at launch where a figure is not yet on the pricing section.

Delivery policy

This is a digital service. There is no physical shipping, courier, or postal delivery.

After Paystack confirms a web charge, Pro is granted to the signed-in Cloud account that started checkout. Delivery is immediate: upload limits lift on the next entitlement refresh. Android Play purchases grant the same Cloud Pro state once Google confirms the subscription.

If access does not appear within 15 minutes of a successful charge, email support@revdash.me with the receipt. We restore access or refund.

Return and refunds policy

There is nothing physical to return. Refunds apply to the subscription charge.

• Email support@revdash.me within 7 days of the first web charge for a full refund of that charge.
• After 7 days we refund unused time if Cloud was unavailable or we closed the account without cause.
• Cancel any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not refund unused days after a normal cancellation.
• Web refunds go through Paystack to the original payment method, usually posted in 3 to 10 working days.
• Android purchases follow Google Play’s refund policy.

Customer privacy

The app works with no account. Cloud stores only what you upload after you sign in. Card numbers are not stored on this website. See the privacy policy. Personal information has the meaning in POPIA and PAIA.

Payment options

Web checkout accepts the methods Paystack enables for this merchant in South Africa, typically South African cards. Android checkout uses Google Play’s methods.

Card acquiring and security

Card transactions on the website are acquired for Appsolute Solutions (Pty) Ltd via Paystack. Checkout uses TLS. Card details are entered on Paystack’s hosted page. RevDash never sees or stores full card numbers, CVV, or PIN. Read Paystack’s security material at paystack.com. Android in-app purchases are acquired by Google Play, not Paystack.

Customer details collected at checkout

Paystack collects what it needs to process the charge. We store Paystack customer and transaction identifiers against your Cloud account so we can grant Pro and handle refunds. We do not store card PAN or CVV.

Merchant outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time we present web payment options is South Africa. Web transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

Appsolute Solutions (Pty) Ltd is the merchant for web charges and is responsible for the transaction and for delivering Cloud Pro. Paystack processes the payment. Google Play is the seller of record for Android in-app purchases.

Country of domicile

The merchant is domiciled in the Republic of South Africa.

Export restriction

The Android app may be installed wherever Google Play distributes it. Web charges are in ZAR through Paystack. There is no physical export.

Variation

We may update these policies. The date at the top changes when we do. The current version always lives at revdash.me/policies.
