Terms of service

RevDash is published by Appsolute Solutions (Pty) Ltd. By installing the app or creating a Cloud account, you agree to these terms.

What RevDash is

An unofficial OBD-II dashboard and trip logger. It reads generic powertrain data from an ELM327-class adapter you supply. It is not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer, not a professional scan tool, and not a substitute for workshop procedures. Do not operate a phone while driving.

Your account

• The app works without an account. Cloud is optional.
• You are responsible for activity under your Cloud account.
• Do not share credentials, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass plan limits.

Plans

• On-phone gauges, codes, and logging stay free.
• Cloud Free caps monthly uploads and keeps trips for 30 days.
• Cloud Pro removes those caps for as long as the subscription is active.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

• Android purchases are processed by Google Play.
• Web purchases are processed by Paystack in South African Rand (ZAR). The merchant outlet country is South Africa.
• Subscriptions renew monthly at the checkout price until cancelled.
• Cancel in Google Play under Subscriptions, or via the link in your Paystack email for web purchases. Access continues to the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Web purchases are refunded through Paystack. Email support@revdash.me within 7 days of the first web charge for a full refund of that charge. Android purchases follow Google Play. The full text is the refund policy.

Delivery

Cloud Pro is digital. Access is granted to the signed-in account as soon as the payment provider confirms the charge. There is no physical shipping. See the delivery policy.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid plan entirely, we refund unused time in the current period. To the extent South African law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for vehicle damage, missed repairs, or loss arising from driving while using the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
